More about Tater is that Zelda and him met while Tater was apparently selling Tot's leftover fluff after evolving into a Flaaffy. Knowing Zelda, she attempted to eat the fluff thinking it was cotton candy and so things fall into place. Pookie doesn't seem to enjoy Tater's company.
